That's why, above all else, I encourage people who
want to lose weight to get started
I decided to write a book myself
- a book that in my opinion, comprises everything
I feel is important about losing weight and changing
one's lifestyle for the better.
That's why this book contains

One of the decisions I made
was choosing to work with a personal trainer. Paul
Immelman's help and encouragement made such a huge

any particular weigh-loss programme. The intention
of this book is to help you discover what works best
